304N stainless steel is a type of austenitic stainless steel, which is a non-magnetic alloy that is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. It is a variation of the popular 304 stainless steel, with the addition of nitrogen to enhance its strength and corrosion resistance. The “N” designation indicates that it has a higher nitrogen content than standard 304 stainless steel.
