440B stainless steel is a type of martensitic stainless steel that is often used in various applications that require high hardness, toughness, and corrosion resistance.
440B stainless steel is also commonly used in the manufacture of bearings, valves, and other components that require excellent resistance to wear, fatigue, and corrosion.
Compared to SUS440A steel, 440B stainless steel has a higher hardness. On the other hand, 440B stainless steel has a higher toughness than SUS440C steel.
