202 stainless steel is a low-cost austenitic stainless steel with a low nickel content in its chemical composition, usually 4-6%. Compared with other stainless steels, 202 stainless steel is less corrosion resistant, but still has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, while having good mechanical properties.
